Our information service can help you on a wide range of issues affecting deaf and disabled people, and older people with support needs. There is lots of useful information on this website. You can also access our service over the phone, by email or in person at one of our Hubs.
We also offer support to fill out forms and use of our computers to access the internet to find information.

If you need a bit more guidance our qualified Advisers can help. We can book you a face-to-face appointment near to where you live to see someone that understands your needs. If we are not able to give you the advice you need we will support you to get an appointment with the best people to help.

Our advocacy service helps you have choice, take control and tackle situations that aren’t fair. We will help you to:
- say what you want and make sure you are listened to
- get the services you are entitled to make a complaint if something goes wrong
- be treated the same as other people
- become more independent and to speak up for yourself
